Eligibility for Returns: All orders are final sale and no refunds will be given unless an item arrives damaged.

Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned sauce and inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria, we will process the refund. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase.

Taxes and Shipping: You will be responsible for the payment of all sales, use, and similar taxes, and shipping and handling charges relating to the purchase of products from Lumpia Bucket. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Delivery Dates: The delivery of Lumpia Bucket products is handled by the carrier. Since delivery may be affected by weather and labor conditions beyond our control, neither USPS, UPS, FedEx nor Lumpia Bucket can guarantee delivery dates.
